Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations of appointments, with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.  

Less than 24 hours notice or  'no shows' will be
charged at the full cost of treatment.
